A375 (BRAF V600E mutant) human melanoma tumor cells plated at a density of 2 × 10⁵ cells/well on a 6 well plate were treated with complete medium supplemented with either 10% dimethyl sulfoxide (control) or 35 nM ixazomib. Cells were incubated for 12, 24 or 48 hours. The cells were subjected to annexin V/propidium iodide staining and flow cytometric analysis to determine levels of apoptosis.
