(A) mRNA levels of receptors, ligands, and many intracellular factors involved in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway were analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR. (B) mRNA levels of Wnt inhibitors were analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR. (C–D) protein levels of DKK1 were analyzed by western blot. Statistical results from the densitometric measurements after normalization against β-actin were calculated as the mean ± SD (n = 6).
