Fewer than 5 patients reported sustaining a concussion while participating in the following sports: softball, field hockey, rugby, horseback riding, dance, running/track, swimming, diving, cycling, gymnastics, volleyball, and crew. Mechanisms of injury that occurred outside of sports included the following activities: color guard, physical education class, roughhousing, and slipping on ice.
