(A and B) Wild type (S1) & (S1-OE) parasites were exposed to lethal doses of H2O2 (25 µM, 50 µM and 100 µM) and menadione (1 µM, 2.5 µM and 5 µM) for 6 h and intracellular ROS were measured using Spectrofluorimeter. S1-OE parasites accumulated lesser intracellular ROS than wild type (S1) parasites upon exposure to lethal doses of oxidants.
