Across PND 34–47 (adolescence) mice (n = 10 per group) were pretreated with Sal or EtOH (1.25 g/kg administered for 16 times in 2 daily i.p. injections separated by a 4-h interval on 2 consecutive days followed by a 48 h “drug-free” period), and 24 h after (PND 48) they were tested (* p< 0.05 significantly different from its respective Sal control group).
