The production of 5-LOX-related AA derivatives from intact 5-LOX-transfected HEK cells with propofol. Intact 5-LOX-transfected HEK cells were stimulated with the calcium ionophore A23187 and AA, and the effect of propofol on the production of 5-LOX-related AA derivatives was examined.
