Stably transfected HEK293 cells with indicated HAhTDP1 allele were mixed with 0.7% soft-agar medium ± Dox, seeded in 6-well plates and incubated for 21 days. Plates were stained with MTT and colonies were counted. The relative colony forming units (CFU) were determined versus control cell growth (vector).
