A. The TargetScan prediction indicates that ZG16 is potentially regulated by miR-196 family. B. Luciferase activity in cells cotransfected with p-miR-196a and pGL3-ZG16-3’UTR-wt vector was decreased when compared with the control. C. Overexpression of miR-196a decreased the expression of ZG16 in LGR5- HT-29 cells. D.
