Mice were infected with 10 freshly isolated cysts of the PRU strain by gavage administration, antibody levels to the BAG1 protein in the sera of infected mice were examined by ELISA. Data (means of three independent experiments) from 5 representative mice were shown and the cut-off value for positive calls is 0.38. Positive samples were indicated in bold.
