A, the resting membrane potential of DGCs was depolarized in COX10‐deficient mice, compared to control mice. B and C, despite the changed membrane potential, there was no observable difference in input resistance (B) or membrane time constant (C). D, from a set holding potential of –70 mV, there was no difference in the ability of DGCs in COX10‐deficient mice to fire trains of action potentials in response to depolarizing current steps.
