Melittin antagonizes CD147 expression stimulated by CypA. (A) CD147 expression in MCF-7 cells was detected by flow cytometry. MCF-7 cells were incubated with phycoerythrin-labeled anti-CD147 monoclonal antibodies (cells incubated with IgG₁ were used as the control group).
