Both physicians in the conventional group were capable of accurately identifying tumor nodules in omentum, retroperitoneal, and pelvic cavity. Physicians in the fluorescence group accurately identified tumor nodules in the intraperitoneal cavity by using the navigation system, whereas the images of normal nodules were unable to be captured. The nature of all nodules found in the experiment has been pathologically confirmed. In the figure, red arrows represent identified positive lesions ,while green arrows represent negative nodules, in vivo scale bar = 5 mm, H&E scale bar = 50 μm.
