A. H460 cells were seeded in six-well plates and treated with Atg5 siRNA on the next day. After Forty-eight hours transfection, cells were exposed to 100 μM cordycepin for 12 h. Thereafter, cells were harvested and prepared for western blot analysis. B. H1299 cells were pretreated with 10 μM LY294002 or 20 μM CQ for 1h, and then exposed to 100 μM cordycepin for another 12 h. The whole-cell protein lysates were harvested and subjected to western blot analysis.
