BECs were treated with 30 ng/ml VEGF, 250 ng/ml Ang-2, 1 μg/ml LPS, 1 μg/ml PMA or were left untreated (N = 2). (A) Bcl-6/BCoR mRNA expression was measured by real-time PCR at the indicated time points. (B) After 3 h, cells were fixed and stained for confocal laser scanning microscopy with a fluorescence-labeled antibody against Bcl-6. Hoechst 33342 was applied to counterstain nuclear DNA (scale bar = 20 μm).
