The growth of both HCT-15 and HCT-116 cells were faster than BTG1 tranfectants by measuring tumor volume A-D. and ultrasonic imaging E, F. The tumor displayed a lower blood supply than the control by contrast-enhanced ultrasonic imaging G, H. There appeared stronger BTG1 expression in transfectant tumors than the control by immunohistochemistry I.
