(A) and (B) Hypoxia induced EMT in OSCC cell lines. (C) and (D) Detection of relative protein in Tca8113 and Tb3.1 cells after silencing Bcl-2 or Twist1 by Western blot and immunofluorescence. N-cadherin, Vimentin and MMP2/9 were down-regulated, the E-cadherin level was upregulated. (E) and (F) Scratch and transwell assays were performed to determine the motility and invasion, capacity of the sh-Bcl-2/Twist1 group was significantly decreased.
