Fig. 6. A 47-year-old female had large size of anterior capsular defect and acetabular labral tear. Despite of conservative treatement and arthroscopic labral repair, she had hip instability by recurrent anterior dislocation. After reconstruction of ligamentum teres (asterisk), she had no experience of hip dislocation.
