Intracellular ROS production was determined using DCFH-DA. H9c2 cell oxidative stress was initiated by TP, and was significantly attenuated by pretreatment with GSPE (100 μg/ml), ^##P < 0.01 vs NP group, **P < 0.01 vs TP group.
