The figure shows the intracellular ROS accumulation determined by using DCFH-DA in THP-1 cells. And the ROS overproduction induced by LPS was significantly attenuated by pretreatment with GSPE (100 μg/ml), ^##P < 0.01 vs CON group, **P < 0.01 vs LPS group.
