A549 cells were transiently transfected with control siRNA (NCsi), siRNA against ACER2 (ACER2si) or with ATG5 siRNA (ATG5si). Twenty-four hours after transfection, cells were exposed to 2 μM of ADR or left untreated. Thirty-six hours after treatment, cells were subjected to qPCR analysis (A), immunoblot analysis (B), and flow cytometric analysis (C).
