Urinary 15‐F_2t‐isoprostane:creatinine ratios (IsoPs) in healthy mature cats and cats with chronic kidney disease (CKD) International Renal Interest Society (IRIS) stages 1–4. IsoPs were significantly higher in IRIS stage 1 cats compared to stages 2, 3, and 4 (P < .05 to P < .001), and higher in stage 2 cats compared to stages 3 and 4 (P < .01). In addition, IsoPs in cats with stage 3 and 4 CKD were significantly lower than in healthy controls (P < .01).
