At 50% confluence, bronchial cell lines were incubated or not (control) for 1h with SB202190 (20μM) then with cisplatin (2μM) for 3h before incubation for 48h with paclitaxel (10nM) or gemcitabine (250nM). Following treatment, MSH2 and phospho-p38 levels were measured by WB. Results were expressed in base 100, with 100 attributed to the control cells, i.e., A549 without any treatment (one-way ANOVA, following post-hoc test of Fisher's LSD, **: p <0.01, NS: non-significant).
