This imbalance between miR-31/miR-203 and hsa-miR-99a/miR-125b is like “Yin” and “Yang” in Chinese medicine, which means these two pairs of miRNAs are opposite or contrary in expression, but they are actually complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the development of psoriasis pathogenesis.
