(A) MV4-11 and MOLM-13 cells (B) were treated with 8 nM HHT and/or 2.5 μM ibrutinib for 24 h and 48 h. Cells were co-stained with Annexin V and PI and apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry. Expression of PARP, caspase-3, -7 and -8 were analyzed by Western blotting analyses in MV4-11 and MOLM-13 cells treated with HHT and/or ibrutinib at the indicated concentrations for 24 h (C).
