ICAM-1 by quantitative RT-PCR (*: p<0.05 compared to control). E. Western Blot analysis of p-JNK1/2 and p-c-Jun protein levels of HepG2 cells incubated with 5-FU for 12 h. Actin protein levels were measured to ensure equal loading.
