(A) Huh7 cells were pretreated with or without Met (5 mM) for 2 h and then treated with cyclohexamide (CHX, 10 μg/ml) to inhibit de novo synthetic proteins. Protein lysates were extracted at the indicated time points, and the remaining proteins were analyzed by Western blotting. (B) Huh7 cells were treated with Met (5 mM) at indicated time points or (C) treated with SKI-606 for 24 h. The experimental cell lysates were harvested for Western blot analyses.
