BaF3/WT-FLT3 cells were treated with FLT3 TKI at the indicated concentrations for 1 h at 37°C then stimulated with 25ng/ml of human FLT3 ligand for 15 minutes, followed by immunoprecipitation for FLT3, SDS-PAGE and WB for FLT3 and phospho-FLT3 (PFLT3). Each experiment was performed at least twice and representative results are shown.
