BaF3/ITD cells were treated with lestaurtinib, AG1295 or sorafenib at the indicated concentrations for 1 h. Inhibition of signaling pathways by WB was evaluated in whole cell lysates using antibodies described in Materials and Methods and visualizing bands using enhanced chemiluminescence.
