(A) The frequency of chromosome nondisjunction was compared in the bipolar divisions of cytochalasin-B induced (Cyto-B) and chrysotile-induced (ChryA) binucleated cells (N: the number of bipolar divisions analyzed). *p < 0.05, **p < 0.001, 2 × 2 χ2 test. The number of chromosomes in daughter cells presenting in the last frame of time-lapse imaging was directly assayed by FISH using chromosome 8 (Red) and 12 (Green) -specific probes immediately after live-cell imaging from at least two independent experiments.
