(a) Structure of TAT-NLS-Mad1. (b) P19 cells were grown in suspension in the presence or absence of 30 μM TAT-NLS-Mad1 for a span of 3 days followed by culture in monolayers for 10 days. The cells were immunostained with antibodies against neuronal markers (scale bar: 50 μm). (c) Expression levels of neuronal markers in peptide-treated P19 cells were examined using western blot and (d) RT-PCR analyses. All experiments were conducted at least three times.
