This figure shows the classic principle of the “three-point system,” accepted by most of the specialists treating scoliosis. However, there is no consensus on which level the pads should work to produce the maximum force at the apical region. The corrective force has to be applied on the more prominent regions of the body, but at the same time, the “three-point system” has to bring the trunk into the best possible correction accepted by the postural and soft tissue components
