Effect of taurine on several key factors associated with CYP7A1 expression in HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were incubated with 20 mM taurine for 24 h and 48 h. Fig a, b and c, d respectively showed the protein expressions of MEK1/2 and p-c-jun in HepG2 cells were promoted at 24 h and inhibited at 48 h by 20 mM taurine treatment.
