Age-matched B cell-deficient BL6 μMT mice and wild-type C57BL6 mice (n = 6/treatment group) were immunized four times at weekly intervals with 100μg of psOVA by intradermal injection. a. One week after the final injection, frequencies of antigen-specific CD8 T cells in the spleen were assayed by SIINFEKL specific tetramer staining. b. CD8 and CD4 T cells were assayed for peptide antigen-specific release of IFNγ by intracellular cytokine staining and flow cytometric analysis.
