The effect of PCAIs on HUVECs migration was determined using the wound healing method as described in the methods. Wound closures were captured at 10× magnification using the Nikon Eclipse Ti inverted fluorescent microscope. (A) Representative images of three independent experiments conducted in quadruplets are shown. (B) The average number of migrated cells was quantified and analyzed using NIH ImageJ software. The plots are of the means ± SEM, N = 4. Significance (**p < 0.01 ***p < 0.001) was determined by one-way ANOVA followed by the Student's t-test.
