(A) MDA-MB-231 and T47D cells were transfected with CD74 shRNA-containing vectors for 48 h, and then, CFL1 phosphorylation was detected by western blot. (B) Overexpression of CD74 by transfection of the pcDNA3.1-CD74 vector in MCF-7 and Hcc1806 cells. Western blot analysis was used for the detection of CFL1 phosphorylation.
