The effect of BYL719 on cellular viability was evaluated in HCT116 A. and SW480 B. CRC cells. Briefly, cells were grown, treated with increasing concentrations of BYL719 (5, 10 and 20 μM) and cellular viability determined by MTS assay 72h after treatments. Controls included cells that remained untreated (media ctrl) and vehicle-treated controls (DMSO). Data represent means ± SEM of at least triplicate experiments normalized to controls.
