B. NF-κB/DNA binding activity was evaluated with EMSA, and NF-κB activity was strongly elevated by radiation and suppressed in the pretreatment of sorafenib plus RT group. C. The expressions of NF-κB downstream proteins were detected by Western blotting, and substantial decreases were found in the group pretreated with sorafenib plus RT.
