IFN-α induced products inhibit HBV binding to the cells. (a) Heparin columns were washed with PBS and then applied with IFN-α treated differentiated HepaRG cell culture medium. Then columns were washed with PBS. Differentiated HepaRG cells were incubated with elution or flow-through for 24 hours followed by 4 hours of HBV incubation at 4°C.
