(B) Venn diagram comparing gene changes in both Nkx2-5Δ/+ and Nkx2-5183M/+, and Nkx2-5183P/+ in relation to Nkx2-5C/+ mice show few common genes among all models. The most significant changes are seen for Nkx2-5Δ /+, which does not phenocopy the human disease (P < 0.001).
