SB-T-121205 suppresses the PI3K/Akt pathway in MCF-7/PTX cells. (A) The levels of transgelin 2, PTEN, Akt, p-Akt, GSK-3β, and p-GSK-3β were tested in MCF-7/PTX cells treated with paclitaxel alone or SB-T-121205 alone for 48 h. (B) Expression of Bcl-2, Bax, cleaved-caspase-3, cleaved-caspase-9, cleaved-PARP, and Snail was examined in MCF-7/PTX cells treated with paclitaxel or SB-T-121205.
