E-cadherin, was highly expressed in the lung metastases of both the regressing and non-regressing groups. The direct miR-10b target, HOXD10, was upregulated in the regressing group compared to the non-regressing group, indicating inefficient inhibition of miR-10b in the animals that failed to regress metastases.
