Modules with similar gene content and functional annotation have been consolidated. Nodal shading is inversely proportional to false discovery rate threshold (q value); deep shades have low q values and pale shading is close to the 5% threshold. The weight of connecting lines is proportional to the number of genes shared between pathways.
