Percent population distribution of the AK peptide as a function of the number of contiguous helical segments separated by at least one C unit per peptide chain at 0.5 and 14.5 °C, as shown. As expected, these results indicate that increasing temperature leads to an increase in peptide populations having more but short helical segments.
