Response of the three probes to various oxidative and nitrosative agents. 0.2 µM of the probes were added to PBS. After the measurement of one spectrum (green), the indicated compounds were added to a final concentration of 2 µM. Subsequently, a single spectrum was measured every minute for a total of 60 min.
