Most of the Klp1 remains in the supernatant even in the presence of AMP-PNP (PNP). (B) Binding of Klp1 to reassembled brain microtubules. Klp1 binds in the presence of AMP-PNP (PNP), but not ATP, and is released from the AMP-PNP pellet by subsequent ATP treatment (P+A).
