H295R cells were treated with 5μM or 10μM resveratrol (RSV) for 6h. Total and phosphorylated PKB protein expression was assessed by Western blot analysis. A. H295R cells grown under starvation (SM) showed a dose-dependent downregulation of PKB phosphorylation after RSV treatment. B.
