Effect of Jesridonin (JD) on EC109/Taxol and EC109 cell proliferation. (A) EC109 and (B) EC109/Taxol cells were treated with JD at the indicated concentrations for 24, 48 and 72 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. Culture medium with 0.1% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was used as a control.
