Representative immunoblots are shown above the quantified data. Note that eticlopride induced a time-dependent increase in Y416- phosphorylated protein levels. Rats were given a single i.p. dose of saline or eticlopride at 0.5 mg/kg and were sacrificed at different time points (20 min, 1 h, and 3 h) after drug injection for immunoblot analysis. Data are presented as means ± SEM (n = 3–8 per group). *P < 0.05 versus saline at the same time point.
