Although many pathways are common in both phenotypes, others are dependent of Epithelioid or Non-Epithelioid state, indicating a differential expression in pathways during MMT process. Ratio is the number of molecules in a given pathway that meet cutoff criteria, divided by total number of molecules that make up that pathway and that are in the reference set.
