After 90 min incubation in Ca²⁺-HTF under capacitating conditions, CatSperz-/- spermatozoa were tethered to a fibronectin-coated glass bottom dish; sperm motility was recorded within the next 5 min at 37°C; video rate 100 fps (1/2 speed), 1 s movies. (A) 2 Ca²⁺-HTF and (B) 4 Ca²⁺-HTF (in mM).
